Ross, Graham and David will offer you a friendly welcome and ensure you have a relaxing stay at Westcotes House, which enjoys a sea front location on the overcliff at Southbourne, with views across Bournemouth Bay.
Westcotes House has recently been refurbished with attention to detail adding a metropolitan twist, while ensuring the original character of this Gentlemans’ Residence is retained.
We have six en-suite bedrooms with all the features you would expect from a great B&B. Each morning we serve our breakfast buffet in the dining room with its sea views, complemented with a choice of daily hot specials.
From our lounge there is access to the sea facing terrace. This is next to Fisherman’s Walk with its path leading down to the Blue flag beach, or for those who prefer the “Historic Cliff Lift” giving direct access to the promenade and sandy beach.
